Anna Ricciuti has had over 20 years’ experience as a teacher in the secondary and tertiary education sectors. Her ability to engage with mature age and youth aged students comes from her passion for helping people to actively discover information about their career strengths and weaknesses. 

A key member of the team, Anna is responsible for communicating with the education and training sectors across Australia and helping them maximise their promotion of courses in relation to achieving their attraction objectives. Anna’ true qualities are evident when engaging with the thousands of career seekers who actively require direction at the expos, she analyses their needs and refers them to the relevant exhibitors. Whether it be the career seminars, career counselling, speaking to government departments or sourcing the best University, TAFE and educational training options to suit the candidate.

Reinvent Your Career has become an integral focus for Anna as she believes that without the ability to learn in regard to upgrading and re-skilling, the future of job security and job satisfaction remains stagnate.

Anna’s goals for 2012 are to source new niche educators and trainers who have a point of difference to offer in the market place and assist them in achieving their goals, to either brand their name in the market place or to promote their courses to this Real Age audience. Customer focus is a keen motivating factor that drives Anna.
