Reinvent Your Career prides itself on being the only organisation in Australia to have a brand and an event which makes the prospects of ‘Real Age’ career transition, reskilling, retraining or complete career reinvention more tangible and attainable to Australia’s main working demographic.
Established in 2007, Reinvent Your Career targets organisations keen to take advantage of the skills and expertise of adult workers in the primary 22 to 59-year-old labour market.
The Reinvent Your Career Expos are Australia’s largest adult careers and employment events and are held annually in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. This initiative was simply created for employers to communicate their Employee Value Proposition effectively to job seekers.
Similarly, we support people making the transition into a new job, a new career and/or a new industry. The Reinvent Your Career Expos allow serious career seekers an opportunity to meet potential employers, educators and trainers in person in order to either upgrade, re-skill, re-enter the workforce or totally reinvent their careers.
The expos help combat skills shortages and reduce recruitment costs by providing a dynamic environment for organisations to explore opportunities with potential employees with skill sets they can appreciate.
